A Warranty You Can Actually Count On

Here's what really sets HPFI apart: their standard warranty covers each finished product against defects in material and workmanship for as long as it's owned by the original purchaser -- essentially a lifetime warranty on most products, under normal commercial use. A few components carry their own coverage terms: high-wear parts like glides, casters, gas cylinders, and adjustable work surface mechanisms are covered for 5 years (3 years on recliner mechanisms and casters), and veneer finishes are covered for 3 years. Upholstery performance is covered per the specific fabric supplier's warranty, and electrical components are covered by their own manufacturer. As with any commercial furniture warranty, coverage applies to normal commercial usage (a standard 40-hour workweek) rather than personal, household, or rental use.
